When this happens, a task is generated in Docman 10 to allow the password to be reset. The Electronic Collections Management role is required to enable a user to do this, and MUST be assigned to at least one user. This will have been done by your Docman trainer on your go live.\n\nIn case of annual leave or sick leave etc, you may want to add this role to other members of staff in your absence.\n<ol>\n \t<li>To add this role, edit the user, and choose the Electronic Collections Management role from the picking list:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<img width=\"643\" height=\"294\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4014\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Adding-the-ECM-role-1024x468.png\">\n<ol start=\"2\">\n \t<li>Click Add role, and ensure it is listed in the assigned roles list for this user<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<img width=\"643\" height=\"159\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4015\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Adding-a-role-1024x254.png\">\n<ol start=\"3\">\n \t<li>Select&nbsp;<strong>Update<\/strong>&nbsp;to complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThere is no restriction on how many users can have this role.\n\n&nbsp;","tags":[]}]}
