If you want to swap the term you selected first for the preferred one, just select it and Docman will swap it for you.[\/ht_message]\r\n\r\nWhen you confirm, the term is shown on the action panel with options shown for you to add more detail.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/TermDetailLarge-1.png\"><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3556\" src=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/TermDetailLarge-1-1024x769.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"483\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n[ht_message mstyle=\"info\" title=\"TIP\" \" show_icon=\"true\" id=\"\" class=\"\" style=\"\" ]The options shown depend on the clinical system that is configured to work with Docman. The example shown here based on systems configured to work with\u00a0EMIS when a problem is selected.[\/ht_message]\r\n\r\nWhen you're happy with the term, confirm and the detail moves over to the right so that you can continue to add codes.\r\n\r\nCodes are sent to the clinical system when you select\u00a0<strong>finish\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>save. \u00a0<\/strong>Finish will send the codes and complete the active coding task whereas save will send the codes but not finish the active coding task.\r\n<h3>Using the document preview to drive search<\/h3>\r\nWhen you move your mouse over the document preview area, the pointer icon should change to the cross-hair. \u00a0Use this to select an area on the document to start a search based on the words within the area you have selected.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Lasso1.png\"><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3557\" src=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Lasso1-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nSelect the term you need from the results and if you need to add more detail on the next screen you can continue to use the document preview to help you add notes and values.\r\n\r\nTo\u00a0<strong>add notes,\u00a0<\/strong>select the notes area on the panel, now move over the document preview and select any text from the document you'd like to add to the notes area. Or you can just type text straight in.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Notes.png\"><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3558\" src=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Notes-1024x769.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"483\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThe\u00a0<strong>add values,\u00a0<\/strong>select the value area on the panel. \u00a0Any values detected in the letter should be highlighted on screen.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Values.png\"><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3559\" src=\"http:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Values-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"482\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nSelect one of the highlighted values and if the system can detect a unit for the value (and the value has been configured in system settings), it will be added into the unit area.\r\n\r\nWhen you're happy with information you've added for the term, confirm and the detail moves over to the right so that you can continue to add codes.\r\n\r\nCodes are sent to the clinical system when you select\u00a0<strong>finish\u00a0<\/strong>or\u00a0<strong>save. \u00a0<\/strong>Finish will send the codes and complete the active coding task whereas save will send the codes but not finish the active coding task.\r\n<h3><\/h3>\r\n&nbsp;","tags":[]}]}
