We need to configure the Printer Driver so that we can successfully connect to the Docman Connect application. This will open the Docman Printer Properties window as shown below. Select the <strong>File Format<\/strong> tab at the top of the windows and we now need to configure the printer with the correct settings. Once you have configured the file format, click the <strong>Filename Generation <\/strong>tab at the top of the window. Look for the <strong>Upload and Email<\/strong> <strong>Options<\/strong> section and make sure the checkbox for <strong>Upload document to Web<\/strong> is ticked as shown below. In order to get the key needed for this field we now need to log back into Connect.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Leave the <strong>Docman - HTTP Upload Utility<\/strong> window open!<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} -->\n<ol><li>Open Google Chrome or Edge browser<\/li><li>Log into the Connect console<\/li><li>Click <strong>your name<\/strong> in the top right of your screen<\/li><li>Click <strong>Generate Print Key<\/strong> as shown below<\/li><\/ol>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":5234,\"width\":497,\"height\":267,\"sizeSlug\":\"full\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5234\" width=\"497\" height=\"267\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>4. Click<strong> View Print Key<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>5. Copy the key displayed on your screen. This can be done by highlighting the key and either pressing <strong>Ctrl + C<\/strong> or <strong>Right-click<\/strong> and select <strong>Copy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} -->\n<h3>Finishing you configuration<\/h3>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:list {\"ordered\":true} -->\n<ol><li>With your Print key copied, you now need to return to the <strong>Docman - HTTP Upload<\/strong> <strong>Utility<\/strong> window.<\/li><\/ol>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>2. Paste your Print key in the <strong>Custom Parameter <\/strong>field adjacent to your populated <strong>Parameter Name<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Your configuration should now look like the below screenshot.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":5235,\"width\":463,\"height\":432,\"sizeSlug\":\"full\",\"linkDestination\":\"none\"} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/MicrosoftTeams-image-14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5235\" width=\"463\" height=\"432\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>3. Before we finish, click <strong>Test HTTP Upload<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"textColor\":\"vivid-red\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\">If you get a failure message then check the URL and try step 3 again.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph {\"style\":{\"color\":{\"text\":\"#008b58\"}}} -->\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#008b58\">If you get a success message then proceed to next step.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>4. Click <strong>OK<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>5.
