Users Inbox in the \u2018Sent to\u2019 field will show any active Tasks in the user\u2019s inbox that you define in the Select field. INCLUDING any sent to that user as part of any groups the user is in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4606} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4606\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Create a User View<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Just as before you will select Create New View. Name the\nview to correspond to the User you are setting the View for.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The difference with the <strong>Sent to: User<\/strong> selection, this View allows you to set further filters if required. See the image below.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4607} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4607\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The image here shows a simple View with filters applied to\ndisplay Active Patient content, Newest First. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Other filters allow you to search for Completed Tasks, Sent\nby particular Users, Task types, priorities. If this maybe of use to your\npractice? <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>NB. This view would only display Tasks sent directly to this user, not part of any groups. It\u2019s a convenient way of filtering content between individuals and the groups they are part of. Even the named user can use this as a filter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Create a Group View<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As before, create new task, name it after the group you wish to create a view for.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4608} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4608\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>And in the Sent To field, change this to Group and then\nSelect your group name. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The same filters are available as the previous \u2018User\u2019\ntemplate you saw, and the Best Practice: Active, Patient View settings have\nbeen defined above.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Copy Templates<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Once you have created a template for a User, Group or Users Inbox, you can also Copy &amp; Create a new template from an existing item, saving time and effort.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4609} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4609\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>On the right-hand side, click on the Action tab, and you will see Copy &amp; Create New View. This will open a new view with the same config as the View you have just copied.
