You will most likely be receiving electronic documents into\nyour Batch Manager (Docman 7) or Capture & Filing (Docman 10) screen by\nnow. These can come from a variety of Private and NHS Providers who are all\ncommitted to supporting the Transfer of Care initiative to making the transfer\nof information between Primary and Secondary Care standardised and simple, and\nnot forgetting to help achieve the NHS Paperless 2020 target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this in mind, you as GP Practices have the ability to\nuse Docman to reject back documents electronically that are not intended for\nyou, for one of the following 6 common reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Code - Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ01 - Patient is no longer registered at this practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ02 - Patient never registered at this practice<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ03 - Incomplete document<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ04 - Document cannot be viewed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ05 - Duplicate document already received<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ06 - Custom reason<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ07 - Deceased\/End of Life<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REJ08 - Invalid Document<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note: The custom rejection (REJ06) should be only\nused when the reason does not fit one of the other pre-defined reasons\n(REJ01-REJ05). Please do not use this rejection reason unless specifically\nadvised to.<\/p>\n","tags":[]}]}
