This screen is the same as the panel in the Filing screen.<br> &nbsp;<br>Amend the fields as required.<br>   &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>Ensure you tick the box to \u2018Add Document link to Clinical System\u2019<br> And add a suitable filing code. <br>   &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br>This will force a new document with the corrected information into the Clinical System. <br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>NB<\/strong>.
