Any staff member that has the Electronic Collections Manager role will be able to do this.\u00a0 (At least two key staff members within the practice are given this role as standard. This can be altered if required, via the user roles)\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>At the point that the password needs to be updated, a pop up screen will appear.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4011\" src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/NHS-Mail-password-maintenance-pop-up-window.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"736\" \/>\r\n\r\n2.\u00a0 Complete the details as requested, and select <strong>Verify Password<\/strong>.
