The \u2018Folder List\u2019 may also be \u2018Displayed\u2019 or \u2018Hidden\u2019 manually when viewing documents.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Tasks Settings<\/strong>    This affects the screen\/s seen when \u2018Viewing Tasks\u2019<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Click on the <strong>\u201cTasks Settings\u201d<\/strong> Option.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4515} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-34.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4515\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Here we take a look at the most common options in the \u2018User Task Settings\u2019<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4516} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-35.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4516\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The <strong>\u2018Default Task View\u2019 <\/strong>set to <strong>\u2018Inbox\u2019 <\/strong>\u2013 changing this may cause you to miss \u2018Tasks\u2019 that have been sent to you.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Inbox Sort Order<\/strong> \u2013 Here you can choose to Sort your \u2018Tasks\u2019 by \u2018<strong>Oldest First<\/strong>\u2019 (at the top), or \u2018<strong>Newest First\u2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 The default is Newest First.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Some \u2018Tasks\u2019 in your \u2018Inbox\u2019 may have a blue button labelled \u2018Has Comments\u2019 \u2013 Clicking on this button will display the \u2019Comments\u2019 for the \u2018Task\u2019.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Alternatively \u2013 \u2018Ticking\u2019 the <strong>\u2018Auto Expand Comments in Task List\u2019 <\/strong>option will display any \u2018Comments\u2019 automatically when the \u2018Task\u2019 is selected.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p> Click on the \u2018<strong>Update<\/strong>\u2019 button to save your changes. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Document Viewer Settings  <\/strong>  This affects the screen\/s seen when \u2018Viewing Patients Documents\u2019<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Click on the \u201c<strong>Document Viewer Settings<\/strong>\u201d Option. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4517} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-36.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4517\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:image {\"id\":4518} -->\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/help.docman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image-37.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4518\"\/><\/figure>\n<!-- \/wp:image -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>When \u2018Ticked\u2019 the \u2018<strong>Hide Inactive Folders<\/strong>\u2019 option will only display the \u2018Folders\u2019 that have \u2018Documents\u2019 for the currently selected \u2018Patient\u2019. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u2018Ticking\u2019 the \u2018Pin Folder List Open\u2019 option displays the list of \u2018Document Folders\u2019 for the currently selected \u2018Patient\u2019, when viewing patient documents.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p> You may adjust the default zoom level by changing the option in the \u2018<strong>Document Zoom Mode<\/strong>\u2019. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Enabling the \u2018Display Document Download Message\u2019 will result in a reminder not to save documents to an unsecure location when downloading documents. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p> Click on the \u2018<strong>Update<\/strong>\u2019 button to save your changes. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Note: \u2018Hiding\u2019 the \u2018Folder list\u2019 gives more screen space for the \u2018Document\u2019 \u2013 This may be useful if you have a small screen.
