If the incorrect pages are grouped and sent to the Docman 10 website, they must be deleted from the website and re-scanned. There is no way to manipulate the pages once the documents have arrived in the website.[\/ht_message]\r\n\r\nAs is consistent with the layout of Docman 10, the screens work from left to right\u00a0and actions are shown on the right.\r\n<h3>Send to folder<\/h3>\r\nThis action will group the pages you have selected together into one document and post them into the folder that is shown in the\u00a0<strong>upload folder\u00a0<\/strong>drop down menu above the button. \u00a0If you haven't made this selection here, it is based on the folder that was selected when you selected the\u00a0<strong>scan\u00a0<\/strong>option from the website.\r\n\r\nThis process should be repeated for documents that you wish to send into a folder.\r\n<h3>File document<\/h3>\r\nFiling from the Docman Desktop Services application will attempt to file the pages you have grouped as one document and start the process of filing with Intellisense. \u00a0This process takes a little longer than sending to a folder because the system is trying to match a patient and document properties. \u00a0If the system can find the patient, the screen will change focus to show the filing summary screen in the Docman 10 website. \u00a0If not, the possible matches found for the patient will be shown for you to make your selection.\r\n\r\n[ht_message mstyle=\"info\" title=\"TIP\" \" show_icon=\"true\" id=\"\" class=\"\" style=\"\" ]If something goes wrong with the filing process or you to choose to cancel the filing summary screen and notice the document is no longer in the Desktop Application, the document can be found in the folder that was selected in the Docman Desktop Service application interface.
