We are aware of upcoming changes to the way you will access your NHS mail account. As you may know we currently use your email address and password to collect your emails into Docman 10.
We previously communicated with you to ask you to obtain credentials, please disregard this request for now. We are liaising with NHS England in relation to the process for the change and we will communicate with you again once we receive the instructions from them.
We have been assured by NHS England that the changes which were announced to take effect on 25/05/2023 will not impact our service.
