NHS Mail Password maintenance
Role requirements to update the NHS Mail Password:
Docman roles: Electronic Collections Manager
Updating the NHS Mail password is easy to maintain. Any staff member that has the Electronic Collections Manager role will be able to do this. (At least two key staff members within the practice are given this role as standard. This can be altered if required, via the user roles)
- At the point that the password needs to be updated, a pop up screen will appear.
2. Complete the details as requested, and select Verify Password. Only one member of staff needs to do this, and will not be prompted for again, until the password expires in the future.
3. If you choose to cancel, this will appear as a task, within your task list, and can be dealt with later in the day.
4. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel, the pop up will appear the next time you log in to Docman, until it has been completed.
