Have you ever wanted to find a patient whose letter you looked at recently?
Do you want to rectify a mistake you made earlier in the day but forgot the patient you were working on?
Docman 10 allows you to see patients you have recently viewed quickly and with ease.
Whilst in Docman 10 look for the quick search box along the top of the screen:
Once you click within this box you are met with the following:
This is the quick search sub menu which allows you to search different areas of docman depending on what you are looking for. As this guide is referring to Recently Viewed Patients we will click on this:
These are three patients I viewed earlier in my session in Docman 10. I can now click on a patient name and view their documents.
This list can show you up to the last 10 patients you have viewed in your login session Docman 10. If you log out this list is cleared and builds again.
