What happens if the user tries to view a document and the clinical system tries to open DM7?
If this happens, it means that the File Associations have not been set up correctly and they need to be switched to Docman 10.
In the system tray, locate the DM icon, it may be hidden, you can use the chevron to display the hidden icons.
Right click on the DM icon, the menu will then appear.
Click on Advanced > File Associations.
Select To Docman 10.
A notification that the File associations have been set will appear.
