The importance of ECM role

Do you get your NHS mail dropped into Docman?

If the answer is yes, the ECM (Electronic Collection Management) role is vital to making sure you carry on receiving your documents.

At least 1, better if 2 people in the practice should add this role to their account. This means when you change your password in NHS mail it will pop up in Docman to change the password there too. It will keep reminding you to change it so the documents pass effortlessly into docman as usual.

To add the role to your account please follow the steps below: (remember you must have sufficient permissions to do this)

Settings – Users – Users- then click into your profile or the profile you want to add the role to.  

Click on that account and scroll down to user roles and add Electronic Collections Management role.

Remember to scroll down and click update as always 😊
