Good News! There is no need to contact Docman if you forget your password.
If your email address is included in your user profile, you can reset your own Docman password.
We do recognise however, that not every member of staff will have an email address. If you don’t and you forget your Docman password, the system administrator within your Practice can reset it for you, by editing your user profile.
At least 2 key system administrators within your Practice will have the ability to reset your password. (We recommend that the Docman (or IT) lead, and the Practice Manager are system administrators)
Ensure you know who your key system administrators are within your Practice.
If you do have a valid email address, your key administrator(s) will have added this detail to your profile, allowing you to reset your own password, by following this link
